Refund policy

  1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    To be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

    1. You ordered the wrong thing: If you discover on receipt of your package that you have ordered the wrong item, you are welcome to return it (at your own cost) to be exchanged for the correct item and we can chat about who owes what if there is a price difference.
    2. We sent you the wrong thing: If you discover that the wrong item has been sent to you, (i.e. Sharon B Design made a mistake), then we will refund you the cost of postage once we’ve received the incorrect item and sent you the correct product.
    3. You just don’t want it anymore: You realise upon receipt of the package that it’s just not want you want and you want to exchange or receive a refund.
    4. Please note that for scenarios 1 to 3 it is unlikely that we will issue a refund or exchange if it is clear that the product has been used, (assembled) broken or damaged, so please make sure it is returned in it’s original form and well packaged for postage, (i.e. in its original packaging). Please also ensure you send it with a tracking number and insurance, as a refund/exchange cannot be issued if Sharon B Design does not receive it.
    5. Something broke in transit: If the item has been broken or damaged during transport, please take a photo and email it to this email address and we will replace it for you.
    6. Strictly no refund or exchange will be issued on sale/reduced price orders.

    8. Please note that colours may vary slightly from those on your computer as these differ from user to user.
